📦 Return Eligibility

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, most items are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Items NOT eligible for return or exchange (unless defective):

  • Sale items, intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear), and accessories

  • Bodysuits, party or event costumes

  • Items marked as flash sale or final sale

  • Custom-made, custom-printed, or engraved items

  • Items marked non-returnable and all free gifts


🔁 How to Return

Returning your order is easy. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Start Your Return
Contact our customer support with a brief description of your return reason. We will provide the appropriate return address and detailed instructions (addresses vary by item and region).

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack items in their original packaging. Include a note with your order number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Use the most cost-effective, trackable shipping method available. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving our return instructions. Send us the tracking number once shipped so we can monitor the return.

⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please use a trackable shipping service.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

💡 Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable, including actual logistics costs (which may differ from what you were charged at checkout).


🔄 Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact our support team. We’ll walk you through the process and help you complete the exchange quickly.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Any customs duties or taxes for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Do not return items to the sender’s address on the original package. Use the return address provided by us only.

  • Do not include any Madamstyle items in your return package—we are not responsible for processing them.

  • Sizing information varies by product. Due to slight variations between batches or styles, minor size differences do not qualify for free returns or refunds. Always refer to the sizing label attached to each item.
